Eat This
Marlene Sosebee November 2014

I know you’re trying to do the things that are right.
Maybe it’s time for you to give up the fight.

Eat this. Come on eat this.

It’s time for you to be what you want to be.
All the things you are make you a super star.

I can’t wait too long. I see you’re feeling strong.
It’s time to make your move.
You’ve got so much to prove.

It’s not as bad as you think.
Just try to stay in the pink.
Just give it one last try before you say bye bye.

Somewhere
By: Marlene Sosebee
September 2014

Looking over yonder I see hate and war
I see people killing and not knowing what for
So much suffering that I can see
Is it worth it just to think that you are free?

Somewhere

All you can do is cry and scream out loud
It’s hard to stop the killing when they feel so proud
No one knows what will become of us all
Will humanity stand or will it fall?
Somewhere there’s peace and love but it’s not here
We choose to live our lives with hate and fear
Somewhere there’s trust in man... It got away
Somewhere there’s got to be a better day

Somewhere

Somewhere there’s peace and love but it’s not here
Somewhere there’s trust in man but it’s not here

Join In The Dance
Marlene Sosebee 10/24/2011

Marching on the streets of Washington
Marching on the streets of LA
Wall Street has a bug up its’ butt
And it won’t crawl on out today

Looking down from the 50th floor
Man it’s scary as hell
If the people keep a rising up
There’ll be nothing left up here to sell

Why don’t you take a chance?
Come down to the street and join in the dance

Stealing off the future
Grabbing all that they can
Fear drives a heart of stone
And greed is the heart of the plan

No one can save your soul
From the evil that’s inside
Open up your eyes and see the world
Maybe then you can join in the ride

Why won’t you take a chance?
Come down to the street and join in the dance

Take It All
By: Marlene Sosebee
September 2014

The robber barons are back again
They’re taking everything that you own
Strip you naked, steal your life
Strip you down to the bone

It’s not too late to take them down
Take your life back once more
It’s time to act, it’s time to move
We’ve got to knock hard on the door

Take it all, take it now
Get it all back, get it all back somehow

They’ve got you trained and they’ve got you brainwashed
You cannot see what is real
They cloud your mind with all their chemicals
So you’re blind to what they steal
Get a clue! Open your eyes!
Don’t let them take your souls
Know the truth-seek it out
Don’t be misguided by the internet trolls

Sinister
By: Marlene Sosebee
August 2014

Sinister

We live in the shadows of love
Under the corporate greed of the psychopaths up above
We exist for the profits on the wall
There is no escape from the madness of it all

Sinister to the end, sinister can’t defend, sinister evil men

We breathe the poison that they spray
Then we eat the chemicals that they make
Can you see what they are trying to do?
Making you sick just to make money off of you

Sinister to the end, sinister can’t defend, sinister evil men

Tear them all down, take them out if you can
Your only hope is to start all over again
If we don’t act soon as one
The end will come fast and we will be done

Never Look Back
Marlene Sosebee July 2014

I missed you so, when I let you go
You could fly so high. Did you touch the sky?
Would you ever know... when it was time to grow?
Could you ever see... just what’s inside of me?

Life is short. You can’t believe it now
Before you know it, you will be gone somehow
Do all the things in life... you were meant to do
And don’t look back there’s nobody chasing you

Here we go. It’s just another day
The illusion of time... makes you think you’re ok
All that you do... and everything that you are
Happened at once... like an exploding star

Life is short. You can’t believe it now
Before you know it, you will be gone somehow
Do all the things in life... you were meant to do
Never look back... There’s so much in front of you

On Your Own
Marlene Sosebee Jan 2014

All the big dogs on top, they have got what they need
They don’t care about the rest; they’ll just let them all bleed

Every time I look in your sole
I can see, you really want them all on their own

Where’s the justice in life if no one will try?
How can you live with yourself as they suffer and they cry?
They won’t look them in the eye when they toss them a bone
They can’t tell them to their face, ‘hey you, you’re on your own’

Every time I look in your face
I feel disgust for the human race

All the big dogs on top, they have got what they need
They don’t care about the rest; they’ll just let them all bleed
They won’t look them in the eye when they toss them that bone
They can’t tell them to their face, ‘hey you, you’re on your own’

Every time I look in your sole
I can see you really want them all, on their own

Every time I look in your face
I feel disgust for the human race
Every time I look in your sole
I can see you really want them, all on their own

Dim The Sunset
Marlene Sosebee
Dec 2013

Sure I miss some things. I think you know that is for sure
But we can’t go back so we must try to just endure
Obscuration of the sun, (20% and climbing) will steal your soul

So we try each day, just to make this whole thing last
But the time we take, it all just goes way too fast
You can choose your fight but, project Lucy’s on the go

Ride off into the sunset
Dim the path that is less used
For all the trails you’ve left behind you
You’ll find there’s much less here for you
(Stop the chemtrails… stop them now)

Aluminum Sky
Marlene Sosebee Dec 2013

Looking at the sky so high, watching the trails as they go by
And I wonder why, it doesn’t make you cry

Sitting on the railroad track, waiting on the train that’s coming fast
Way too fast, got to make it last

Where’s your hope and dreams? Are they still on your telephone?
And will it still call home, when you’re alone?

Watch the time go by, as all the pretty faces lie
Will it make you cry? The aluminum sky

Won’t you join me, as we look up high?
Can you give me, one good reason why?

Tuesday was a very grey day. I watched them spray and spray away
Why did they say, it was the only way?

Can’t you hear it calling? Can you hear it calling you home?
You’re not alone. Put down the phone

Can’t you see it showing you? Can’t you see it taking you away?
Turn the page, to another day

Stand Up
By: Marlene Sosebee
April/2014

They were never going to tell you they were spraying you
They were never going to tell you about the soil
It’s you that has to breathe in all that dirty air
They block the sun and make you sick to sell their oil

They were never going to tell you about the jet stream
HAARP can move it down to Georgia, freeze you out
Jut another way for them to take all your money
They’ll scheme the market ‘cause that’s all they are about

Stand up and fight against the tyranny
You’ve got your back against the wall
Please tell me that you are now hearing me
We’ve got to stop them one and all

They want you to get sick, to sell you remedies
There are billions of people they want to die
There is money in their pockets as they bury you
They’ll laugh with all your money as you cry

Don’t let their greedy ways destroy you now
There’s still a chance just head the call
Please tell me that you are now hearing me
We’ve got to stop them one and all

Trust
By: Marlene Sosebee
September 2014

I’m going back this time to a far and distant land
I really hope you can come along
And I hope you will understand
Can’t you see we’ve got to break away?
We can’t stay here for long
We can’t let them take our lives
‘Cause you know that would be wrong

Trust in what you know, don’t let the fear show
Trust in what you see, the truth will set you free

I feel all your hopes and dreams
And I see them fading away
Every time that you close your eyes
Means the world gets darker each day
Take a breath and fill your lungs
You know that something’s not right
Can you stand there and watch it fall
Or will you stop now and put up a fight?

Trust in what you know, don’t let the fear show
Trust in what you see, the truth will set you free

Dangerous
By: Marlene Sosebee
October 2014

It’s like fire and it’s dangerous
It burns your body just for fun
But you can’t put all the flames out
So the process keeps you on the run

Take all you can, leave the rest on their own
Greed’s the cause you uphold
It’s bitter sweet when you’re alone
Send it over seas; hide it all if you please
Can you see who you are? Will you ever go far?

It’s like poison and it’s dangerous
It kills the best part of your soul
As you’re falling down into desperation
You realize you can never crawl out of this hole

Take all you can, there’s more for you
You’re the one that will pay, you know this is true
Send it all over there, hide it all away
Can you see who you are? You will never go far.

Time Tells
Marlene Sosebee
November 2014

Time tells us what we’re going to do
You can’t change that, this much is true
You may think that you’ve got a plan
Then there’s time that leads you by the hand

Every day, seems we’ve got to try
To move ahead as the hours go by
Tick tock is just the sound in your head
The noise reminds you that you’ll soon be dead

Tell me why you believe in what’s real
The truth is something that no one can feel
We live our lives in this masquerade
Time tells us that we’ve all been played
Time Tells
